3　子育てのフロントランナーとなる取り組みを進めています。新たな取り組みとして、第１子から３歳以上の保育料無料化の実施や、延長保育や一時保育の継続、地域子育て支援事業の拡充、さらには０歳から中学３年生までの医療費の無料化など、子育て世代が安心して生活できるまちをめざしています。また、コミュニティバスの充実などにより、全ての人が安心して出かけられることができ、日常生活や地域での交流が行える環境づくりに努めています。子育て学習・支援センターを利用する市民市内各地域を巡るコミュニティバス「らん・らんバス」子どもを産みたい、育てたいまち【子育て】Initiatives are taken to develop a city where child-rearing generations can live a reassured life, such as the free-of-charge nursing of the rst and subsequent children in the age of three or older, continued service of extended or temporary day care, enhanced local support services for child-rearing, and free-of-charge medical expenses for children from newborns up to junior high school third grade students.
